1. General Refund Policy

No Refunds After Production Starts: Once the "Pay Production Fee" button is clicked and the AI generation process has begun, we cannot issue a refund. This is because significant computing power (GPU) and AI tokens are consumed immediately upon your request, which are non-recoverable costs for us.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This is a non-refundable digital service as stated in our Terms of Service.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• System Failure: If our system fails to generate any results due to technical errors on our end.
• Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for a single service.

If you encounter a technical failure, please use the "Bug Report" tool located in the website footer within 7 days for a manual review and potential refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Subjective dissatisfaction with the AI's artistic style or slight visual artifacts does not qualify for a refund, as these are inherent properties of current AI technology.
